Science, nature and ancient wisdom inspire Heidi’s teaching. Classes blend classical yoga with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shiatsu. Sacred texts such as The Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, The Tao Te Ching, together with an MA in Religion & Philosophy also inform her approach. More info about Heidi here

Gentle restorative classes

Gentle restorative classes have a slower pace. They are a safe way to recover from low energy, weakness or breathing problems caused by Covid or other illnesses. They are soothing and enjoyable.

Build resilience & strength

Vinyasa flow classes include powerful balances, warrior poses and headstand practice. They are a great way to build fitness, resilience and strength.

Sessions are holistic. They care for the mind, body and soul. We pause to listen and observe the body and practice non judgement and compassion. Classes help you build a safe, sustainable home practice without injury.

1:1 support

When you need in-depth or personalised support, 1:1 sessions are available.  This is a great way to get feedback to improve. They also help you rebuild or begin a yoga practice after injury or illness.

Mediative movement

You will develop a sense of your innate peacefulness and power. Classes teach meditative movement, safe alignment and mindfulness. This builds resilience inside and out. Sessions can be adapted to all ages and body types.

Techniques proven by science

Heidi’s online yoga classes are up to date and relevant to daily life. Her passion for neuroscience and new theories around trauma, stress, mental health and wellbeing influence her teaching.

Ancient practices

In addition to physical Yoga Asana, we learn Mantra, Mudra, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Visualisation and Acupressure. Most important is the opportunity to optimise breathing with techniques to boost immunity, blood flow, calm the nervous system. 

Self Acceptance

Last but not least, yoga improves your relationship with yourself. We learn tried and tested techniques for self acceptance and self care. This is befriending practice

In time you stop seeking approval and gratification outside. Peace, power and resilience will be within. All of this in the comfort of your home. 

Class Prices

The fee is £10 for 90 mins or £7.50 for 60 mins. If you are struggling financially and cannot manage this fee, I simply ask you pay what you can afford.
